BABackup will allow you to create a personal backup copy of all of your reviews, all within the BABackup software, it even remembers what reviews you've already copied and skips them in the future.

Along with backing up all of your reviews into your personal database (on your computer), you can export them into CSV format, which can be read by any spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
