iNG Restaurant, Goose Island Pair Up for Ultimate Beer Dinner Collaboration

Goose IslandExclusive Evening Set to Take Place January 16 at iNG Restaurant
CHICAGO, 9 January 2013- The first iNG Restaurant/Goose Island beer dinner collaboration will take place at iNG Restaurant on Thursday, January 16. Guests will enjoy a Salvador Dali-themed six-course tasting menu prepared by iNG Executive Chef Tim Havidic, paired with beers selected by Goose Island Brewmaster Brett Porter.

“iNG has always had an intense love affair with beer and the beer culture. All of the menus have included beer pairings with our tasting menu,” said Trevor Rose-Hamblin, iNG General Manager and Mixologist. “With Executive Chef Tim Havidic's much-lauded Salvador Dali-inspired menu, we thought this would be a perfect time to toss a line right down Fulton Market to our good friends at Goose Island. Their passion for excellence, innovation, and creativity in beer are the ultimate pairing with our own passion in cuisine.  We are excited to be partnering with such an influential Chicago beer icon in order to pay homage to food, to art and, of course, beer.”
