Just posted today on the Jester King blog...
"We’ve received TABC label approval for Bonnie the Rare Berliner Weisse. Bottles should begin showing up on store shelves in Texas soon.
Bonnie the Rare (3.7% ABV) is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle conditioned Berliner Weisse that’s undergone a long term maturation process in the bottle. Brewed in May of 2011, Bonnie has been allowed to mature in the bottle for over a year, slowly developing a delicate acidity and an intense yogurty, lactic character. A no boil method of brewing was adopted to couple the yogurty character with a starchy wheat malt profile. We hope you enjoy this well aged, peculiar, little beer."
