(Pacific City, OR) - Pelican Pub & Brewery has a Facebook event update for their "Mother's Day" event. This event features their Mother Of All Storms 2011 barleywine. The event date is Saturday, November 19th. Just in case anyone is near Pacific City, Oregon. However, they added a couple caveats to the event. Firstly, IF they have inventory left after the event, you can order online starting Saturday, November 26th. Secondly, IF "inventory levels allow", then it will hit retail stores on December 5th.

"Mother's Day" at the Pelican Pub & Brewery will be Saturday, November 19th, the official release date of the highly anticipated Mother of all Storms, a limited production Kentucky bourbon barrel-aged barleywine-style ale.
Sales of Mother of all Storms will open when the Pelican’s doors open for business at 8am Saturday morning, November 19th. Bottles will sell for $20 each; cases of 12 bottles will be $240. Also this year, you will be able to start your day with a cup of Mother. Order up a 10oz glass of Mother of all Storms for just $10. After all, coffee can be overrated. Save yourself an early morning drive and consider taking advantage of the “Mother’s Day” Package at the Inn at Cape Kiwanda. The “Mother’s Day” Package is for one night only – Friday, November 18th, the night before the Mother of all Storms is officially released, and includes a case of Mother of all Storms delivered to your room on November 19th – no need to wait in line at the Pelican. Contact the Inn at Cape Kiwanda at 877-965-7001 for more information. Can’t make the trip to Pacific City for “Mother’s Day” November 19th? You might still be in luck. IF we have remaining inventory of Mother of all Storms after “Mother’s Day” at the Pelican, you will be able to order from our online store beginning Saturday, November 26th, and have it shipped directly to your door.
