I'm not as crazy about Simcoe as other are   I'm trying to go slowly here, the wife is already concerned about how full the freezer's become.

Yakimavalleyhops.com had Simcoe and a bunch of others in.  No Citra or Amarillo, or most of the AU/NZ, but plenty of other everyday hops at damn good prices.

Given my deep seeded fetish for the stuff, I'm buying the limit anytime I see it available.  Any places I should be checking besides hopsdirect (no Galaxy that I've seen, ever) or farmhouse?

No luck, but SN Southern Hemisphere Harvest Ale comes out around April, so I'm betting the hops start showing up around then.

They also have some interesting looking experimental hops.

16 oz Centennial
14 oz Amarillo
8 oz Mosaic
6 oz Motueka
6 oz Debittered

116 oz total, or 7.25 lbs

I don't have anything against German or English hops, but they're not expensive or hard to find, so I buy enough for the batch I'm making.  I wish I had another pound of Amarillo, but I'll get by.

They're still much cheaper by the pound and will last 1-2 years in the freezer, which should be plenty of time to go through a pound each of 2-4 Euro hops even when only brewing them occasionally.  I try to tack them on when I'm already buying IPA hops.  I also brew a lot of Belgians and non IPAs with my buddy and his dad, so 1 brew day equals out to 2-4.  I also try not to get too fancy with lots of different styles from the same region.  EKG, Hallertau Mittel, Saaz, Styrian Golding.

That price isn't too bad for Amarillo.  It's been expensive this year.
