I'm going to put together some IPA recipes for brewing in the next few weeks.  Do any of you have some that you really like?  Might help me form what I'm going to do with one of them.

I really like using maris or golden promise for the base malt in my hoppys.  Then some caravienne and carapils, and sometimes some honey malt.

Depends on what kinda IPA I'm making.  I usually make west coast style so I usually stick with 2row.

Now, what am I going to do with all this beer in my cellar?

Is this a trick question?  ???

I'm only one man.  People won't come over and drink my beer.

Looks like I'm brewing 15 gallons of IPA in the next two weeks.  Might cram something else in the schedule that takes a bit longer.

Are you keeping up with drinking all this stuff?

10 gallons of what I have brewed is for Xmas gifts.  Right now, all I have bottled (or brewed for that matter) is my Galaxy IPA, which just finished last week.

It may seem like I'm brewing a lot, but I've only done 4 total batches in probably 6 months.  It's not like I brew like smelly and pwoods do.  Hell, I think that Jaysus brews more.

I have time during Thanksgiving weekend to brew since Eileen and Ally will be in Chicago, so I'm brewing stuff while I can.

Unfortunately I haven't brewed nearly as much as I like to. The 10gal of DIPA I brewed last weekend was my first brew in 2 months. If I have the time, I brew once a week.

I haven't brewed since September '10. I think the fires gone for me. If I had someone to do it with and help me drink it, I think my passion for it could be rekindled, but it's definitely dormant for now.

I brew with a buddy sometimes, and by myself most of the time. But I bring homebrew to everybody's house and every event possible (including tastings, along with commercial beer). Once I did that enough, it became the requested item (i.e. "What should I bring? - If you could bring some beer, that would be amazing."). I hardly ever drink the homebrew by myself.

Same here

Rarely go to any party without a couple growlers.  Take kegs to tailgating, fantasy football drafts, etc.  Took a couple to my buddy's 3 yo son's birthday party last weekend.

Bottled 4 cases of Kill the Leaf IPA on Saturday.  I now have 9 cases of homebrew in the basement.  I need to get drinking.

The brew seemed to go exceptionally well today.  Let's hope that translates well.

Just dropped in the first Citra dry hops.  Looks like I'll be kegging it this weekend and brewing another batch to pitch right back on the yeast cake.

Took a little bit off the carboy as I was transferring.  Tasted good, so I have high hopes for this one.  A second dry hop going on in the keg.  Second batch is already bubbling away.

Killed the Surly Smoke keg and switched out everything for Cornelius.  Brett IPA is carbonating right now.
