Think about how much time imported beer sits in a shipping container on it's way to the US. I'm pretty sure it will be fine in your car overnight. Whether or not it's physically secure is the real question.

To be honest, I'd be worried a bit about it if it gets to be above 80 for long periods of time, especially with this heatwave that we're having now. Not that I've noticed any ill effects, but just to be safe I've transported my entire cellar into an air-conditioned room every time I've stopped with it on this trip so far. Mine is all in beer cases of various sizes.
