***Official Bracfest roster and arrival-departure information***

Now that we are getting close, I am going to need an official list of attendees.  I know we have folks signed up at the top of the page and we've had a list at the front of the thread, but I also know there are significant others, friends, and possibly even some TBS folks that are coming and not on the list.  Along with this information, I would like to know when you are arriving (day and expected time), when you are leaving (day and expected time), if you are planning on staying at the hotel, if you plan on bringing a tent, if you plan on sleeping indoors.  We are going to need to start to figure out the logistics of having this many people.  I'm already pretty sure that there is absolutely no way I can make pizzas on Friday night with the number of people we will have, so I need to make food considerations as well.  I would like to have this information compiled by Friday.  Thanks everyone.

As of now, Daniel and I plan to leave Austin on Thursday afternoon and drive straight through to Martin, arriving early Friday morning for a nap. I'd prefer to sleep inside. Floor is fine. I'll bring a pillow and sheet. I think we're planning on leaving after breakfast on Sunday.

Two people, unless someone needs a ride from somewhere like Nashville, this is pretty much our itinerary as well.  Perhaps we'll convoy with Gilly. Expect to stay in hotel, although we might camp or use an air mattress on the floor (which we'll bring if this is the case) the first night.

Don't make food any harder on you than it has to be.  If we need to order a ton of pizzas from a local joint, that works too.

I don't think that place is very nice.  I think it is mostly a motel that serves as apartments for low-income residents.

I40 W to Exit 108 and north is probably slightly quicker.  BUT, a healthy portion of the route from Clarksville to Dover and on is 4 lane divided.

So I was just looking at the rates for the Hampton Inn and noticed, A) the standard room has two queen size beds, two couples could share a room, and B) a room with king size bed and sleeper sofa is only a few dollars more.

So would anyone, another couple or a single person be interested in splitting a hotel room with Joan and I?  I will warn you we both snore, so earplugs or excessive alcohol will be required if you want to get to sleep.
