i'd see if you could squeeze a few more days to get in the opening party or dipa fest for sf beer week on the 2/12 - 2/13
those are badass... the gala was nothing but special releases.
dipa fest in hayward isn't that far from san jose.

I do plan to hit the speakeasy open house on friday 2/11...

It is a nice haul to get to RR, but at least you can say you've done it.

San Jose is the suck.

well i'm back and it was amazing...

Started the week with some firestone walker firestone double barrell.  Pretty decent

Went to Palo Alto, Crown and Rose (or Rose and Crown i forget)...that is a great place.  Pliney the Elder on tap as well as Palo Alto brewing - solid R-IPA.  Hit the tap room for a Deschutes too, forget which off hand.

Then we made the trip of trips.  RR was amazing.  Younger, wow.  Then to top it, all of the sours were on tap.  Supplication, Temptation, Consecration, Sanctification, and the had Compunction......maybe the best sour they had on tap.

Also tried some Rejection for V-Day...

overall, that was just amazing.  If I lived in Santa Rosa, i'd be in trouble.  I head back to SJ on the 27th, may have to make a second trip :)
