Depends on what you're looking for. 

Most places downtown are pretty good.  I'd try and stay southeast of Burrard St.

If you're more into doing some sightseeing or heading up to Whistler, stay in North Van.

Going to spend about 4 days there the end of September.  Don't really have any clue what we're going to do though.  Found a nice place on VRBO in Gastown that I might rent.

Will be there the 22-26, possibly taking a day to check out Victoria.  Pretty pumped.  Got a sweet condo somewhere around downtown.  Recommendations on non-beer things?

I'm taking the family up there in April and we'll stay in West Vancouver.  Planning on heading up the Sea to Sky gondola and doing the suspension bridge park.  We are traveling up from Olympic National Park through Victoria and driving across Vancouver Island.  It will be a brief trip but if there are some must stop places with the family, please let me know.

Cafe Medina is a CAN NOT MISS breakfast location.  I really don’t care for Vancouver at all, food or otherwise...but Medina is my favorite breakfast location on the planet.  Les Boulettes is probably my favorite but its hard to pick a favorite honestly.
