Grimm Brothers Brewhouse
« on: September 30, 2009, 04:29:26 PM »
So, some peeps know this but me and a buddy are working on starting up a brewery.  We are currently looking to get financing through investors.  The name...

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse

Here is our website...

http://grimmbrosbrewhouse.com/main.html

We will be located out of Loveland Colorado, where there are no breweries/brewpubs etc.  So if anyone is or knows of anyone who would like to invest into a small start up brewery, let me know and I can send them our info (business plan, marketing, promissory note).

To start off we will be brewing German style beers.  But both of us are big sour heads so we will probably venture into Wild Ales, Lambics, etc.  Looking to make Berliner Weisses and Goze to start off with and go from there.

Any thoughts, ideas, random thoughts etc, feel free to let me know.

Nice!  It's especially good to see you guys looking to do some under-represented styles like Gose and Berliner Weiss.  Best of luck on this and keep us updated.  I'll try to spend some time and check out the site later.

  Best of luck, man!!!

It'd be slightly off theme, but Struwwelpeter would be a killer name for a wild ale, .  Also, another style that few if any breweries do commercially is a Rotbusser (red wheat/oat ale).

Seriously.

10 bbl.  2 fermentors (for now) and 4 bright tanks that we will use for lagering.  We have a cold room that should be installed soon that those tanks will sit in.

did i tell you i love you?
your starting line up is awesome and not of standard form of typical breweries.
I hope all works well and hope to be schlorpping your German Styles soon.
If i had any extra funds, it'd go to your operation.
Best of Luck!

How the heck did I miss this thread. Oh, that's right, I never read this section of the board.  What is your schedule going to be? I will probably miss the opening unless I can convince the wife to do 3 beer events in a single day, but I'd love to stop by for some samples maybe a growler or two!

Wow what a weekend.  We had over 1000 people show up for our opening and went through about 13 kegs.  Got to see d00d & mrs d00d and Cam but only for a short time.  Running around too much.  Should have a few kegs out the door this week selling to the bars as well.  Very excited, thanks for all the support
