Not going to be able to make it this year.  I was holding out hope.   My kids 3rd birthday is Saturday morning and my parents are coming for the  weekend.      No way I could bail for the night and leave them there with my wife.   She would kill me.

ok found it.

(Paso Robles, CA) – The Firestone Walker 13 event takes place on Saturday, November 14th, from 12pm to 5pm.

Barrel aged beers will be poured, gourmet foods and great music. Entry is complimentary and beer/food will be available for purchase. Bottles of 13 will retail for $22/each (22oz bottle), 6 bottles per person/per day max, while it lasts. For more details, email Veronica ~AT~ FirestoneBeer . com or call her at 805-225-5911 x607.

13 is expected to hit the CA, WA, OR, AZ and NV markets the following week. It will be available at very select accounts in limited quantities for a limited time.

There is conflicting info out there about production count. “Only 1,000 cases will be produced this year,” according to Jamie Martin, Firestone Walker Marketing Director. PaleAleNija reported on Beer Advocate earlier that these will be shipping out in cases of six instead of twelve this time around so we are looking at around 6,000 bottles. For Bay Area readers, “Toronado will be hosting a release party and cellar tasting on Wednesday, Nov 18. Thursday the 19th will see the retail release at City Beer Store.”

The whole 6 bottle case thing started because people had heard it was being sold in wooden boxes, six bottles to a crate.  Later in that thread started by palealeninja, BA Solomon420 said he had received an email from them explaining that the wood boxes were for a special account, that all the other bottles would be packaged the same as they had been in the past, cardboard display box, presumably in cases of 12.

I've been in contact as well, and I was told bottles will be for sale both in Paso Robles and Buellton on Nov 14.  I'm coming in a day later from Portland, so hopefully you guys won't buy them all up from both places.

They also put out the blend today: http://firestonebeer.com/unpale/pdf/13_Fact_Sheet.pdf
