San Diego 8/17-8/20

I'll be down in San Diego for work.  Anything special going on down there that week?  I'm not sure I'll have a car, so it might been a frustrating week...

Beer bars:
Hamilton's Tavern: Best beer bar in SD, imo. 10 minute cab ride from the gaslamp

Downtown Johnny Brown's: Right next to the civic theater in the north side of downtown. Good-to-very good tap list and decent pub food. A petty cab will get you there in 5 minutes.

Neighborhood: Solid taplist, very good burgers and very close to the gaslamp. A little more expensive do to the location, right near Petco Park.

Let me know, maybe we can meet up and punish our livers.

Thanks to Joey (KingG) and Carlos (seaoflament) coming out for the out-of-towner.  I had a great time, despite a little bit of :hangover:.

And Hamilton's was awesome and had way more character than O'Brien's or Toronado.

I ended up drinking 9 times my body weight in beer, broke three glasses over my head, 7 over others, ordered up 17 hookers for a little afterparty, held a cabbie hostage while running his cab through the Madison capitol doors, and I grabbed gator's ass.
