Finally got around to checking out everyone's cellar. There are some pretty nice cellars out there. I knew yours was amazing TT, but my mind was still blown when I saw the pictures. Mine is currently in my closet, but I'm debating moving it to the my storage unit in the basement of my apartment building, since it would be easier to see and access everything. I need to retake inventory of mine, and try to get some decent pictures up soon. Hopefully by next week. I know it'll be put to shame by yours, but still might as well post it.

You are almost as bad as me.  One question.  How long do you keep bottles in that fridge?  Wouldn't want the cap seals to dry out...

Beers stay in the fridge till I get to them.  I'm trying to get the cellar to a manageable size since I will most likely be moving in the summer.

Just let me know when you are in town and have time.  I'm 4 blocks north from Hopleaf, so we can start there and move back home, or just dig in here. :banned:

I've been wanting to get up there to check out Town Hall.  It will have to wait though, as I am heading to Boston for EBF in Feb, so that will be my beer trip for the year.

I've been to all those too, minus the GABF.  Lucky for me they were all within 2 hours of home.  Work sent me to California in Feb this year where I hit Toronado Barleywine fest, Strong Beer Month at Magnolia and 21st, and a lot of good places to have a beer like Russian River, O'Briens, Alpine, so I can't complain.  With my current job, I don't get compensated enough to do a lot more than what is semi-local.

Cerevisiaphilia is not to be confused with cerevisiamania, an obsessive-compulsive disorder involving the collecting of beers to the point where social relations or health are damaged, and in which the mere fact that an object is a beer is sufficient for it to be collected or loved. Most cerevisiamaniacs, then, are compulsive hoarders, identifiable by the fact that the number of undrank beers in their possession is continually increasing relative to the total number of beers they possess and drink.

Well, I certainly have not fit this description in the last few months. My on-hand bottles to drink has dwindled a lot in the last 6 months I am happy to say. My cellar bottles have also dwindled as I've pulled some out to drink recently. I think I'm actually down under 70 bottles right now. That's the lowest I've been in a while now.

Beer. It always seems like such a good idea at the time. What's worse is beer seems like an even better idea after you've had some beer.
