Hi all, new here...let's continue the theme  :pickle:

Not huge, but there sure is some nice stuff in there.

These aren't really representative of the whole...what can I say, i'm lazy  :-[

The bagged one is just 3rd coast old ale, so I can keep the oldest one separate from the others.

Silver sharpies are awesome for labeling bottles with years, etc.

So Some pics of my own.  My Cellar is in serious overflow right now, so my office is also full of beer.

At least I can find stuff now ... most of it used to be stacked up in boxes in a closet.

And it's not as neat now.  Since taking the pics, I've made a couple of road trips, adding about 5 more cases of beer.  I need more shelves now.

Cheap Wine "Magically Appearing" in Cellars Statewide
Associated Press - 39 minutes ago

Green Bay, Wi. - Cases of cheap wine have been discovered in cellars statewide of beer drinkers with no visible evidence of how they got there.  "LOL, those aren't mine" exclaims Green Bay resident Flying Byson.  "Seriously, I don't drink 'Two Buck Chuck'".  Authorities are skeptical of these claims since wine elves haven't been found in the region in over 25 years.  "Couldn't have been the Easter Bunny, since he doesn't arrive until Spring" Police Officer Schmiedicke said.  "And I'm pretty sure Santa Clause is vacationing in Tahiti until the Fall".

Green Bay police are keeping all avenues open to finding the wine culprits, but they are not dismissing the possibility that some Green Bay residents just like bad wine.

I confess to drinking it now and again  :bag:  ... but it isn't mine.  The cellar also contains a 5L Heineken minikeg, a few cans of Magner's cider, and 4 bottles of coconut rum.

I did the 10 and the 11, back to back, a couple of weeks ago.

They were both ROCKIN'!

I may jump into them again, sooner rather than later.  They're just what the Dr ordered for these cool, fall-like nights.

The last bottle of 10 that Gator brought to MN was actually showing signs of the beginning of oxidation.  Not bad, but noticable.  I hope that is isolated.

Didn't notice any oxidation in the bottle we drank last month but I'll keep my tastebuds peeled on the next round of tasting.

I was hoping the 10 would make it 5 years so I could do a 5 year vertical when the 15th Anniversary comes out.  (I know, I know...it's not a true vertical.)

Looks like I may just have to take what I can get.

Plus, my math sucks.  If I do a vertical of 10-15, that's a six year vertical.

I always like to look for things I sent, in other people's cellar pics.  Problem is, I have no clue what I sent so I'm just guessing at the NG Belgian Red.

Awesome selection.  I can see I'll be chasing you down for some future trades on TBS, rather than RB this time.    :ohyeah:

I just finished hanging a second set of shelves and have my beer all organized and perty, so I figured I'd take a pic.  There's not a whole lot of wiggle room in there to get a good angle of the entire cellar, so I did the best I could.

And no, not everything in there is being aged, it's just the coolest place to store all my beer until I finish the basement and can put a beer fridge down there.

I did most of them a while back, so I haven't had a chance yet to see.  I won't be doing it again though as it's just too hard to keep up.

You wax dip all your bottles, huh?  Notice any difference?

I did most of them a while back, so I haven't had a chance yet to see.  I won't be doing it again though as it's just too hard to keep up.

You are so lame "nice and perty".  I'll take that Aventinus you said you were giving me now.  ;D

Here's my tiny little cellar, please keep in mind that I have only been into beer for a year and a half now.  I think I'm off to a decent start.

"Decent start"? I'd say you need to give yourself a bit more credit. Nice stash.

Thanks for the inspiration.  Ten Fidy just hit TX and I think I need to add some to my stash actually.

Midwest brews?  Don't you mean PacNW brews?  Aren't you there by now?
Take good care of your beer and your beer will take good care of you.
