Really need to find time to get another batch done.  Been making progress on my stash lately so there's room for more.

The Galaxy Session IPA I never got to do two weekends ago.  If I somehow have time, I'll brew a batch of lambic too.

Care to share the recipe?  Sounds like something fun.

So much for brewing.  Ended up doing other stuff.  I basically took Howard's hop schedule for his session brews and adjusted malt for what I have on hand.

Didnt brew, but bottled a smash beer i brewed three weeks ago using golden promise and "fresh" nugget hops we picked and vacuum sealed and froze about a month ago or so. Also transferred a cider that we fermented with some wyeast 3711 and racked it onto some other fresh hops. Both tasted really good and really pleased with how the cider was. First cider ive done. Gonna give each a couple weeks and see where were at.

I brewed a Boddington's clone and also bought an Anagram hand pump this weekend.

Last Wednesday I brewed a blond ale, 15gal of sour blond (for various fruit additions), an oatmeal milk stout, a belgian strong dark and the small beer from the strong dark grains. Will be doing another flanders red and more berliner weiss soon.

I haven't brewed in a long time.  Just looking at this makes me tired.

Just kegged the Hefe last night, tasted pretty darn good and will be ready for the wife's bday get together this weekend.  Hopefully it's not all gone afterwards  :ale:

IPA got started slow due to questionably old yeast, but is chugging away now.

Finally trying to get  back into AG brewing.  Doing a SMaSh with Marris Otter Blend and Amarillo.  The LHBS has a sign that said all MO was a blend because of a bad crop this year?  We will see how it goes.

Just woke up to a loud bang. Yep, blew the lid off my mr beer fermenter. A while back, mywife picked me up a couple of mr beer kits that were on clearance at target for $12 each. Couldnt go wrong at that price. Finally got a chance to brew both of them yesterday. They came with the american light beer lme so i decided to add a pint of honey to each. I also added some fresh picked raspberries to one and some fresh picked cherriesto the other. Doesnt surprise me a lot that it blew. I took the lid off the other one and the krausen had reached the lid there as well. Put both lids back on but not very tight. We will see what happens from here. Both smelled really good
