Kill-The-Cellar Week

I need to seriously kill my cellar. And I'm not talking about rare or crazy stuff, just vintage stuff that is common but that I've had in there for a while.

Anyway, I say we have a TBS Kill-The-Cellar Week sometime within the next few weeks.

Each of us drink a beer from our cellar per day.

Simple as that.

I've also cut my beer spending by a lot.  Cutting out most trips to WI.  Just was spending too much money on beer and not using the kegerator.

Been working on this method since I moved to MD.

Almost down to 100 bottles.

Surly Duff:
Totally in.  Been working on killing my cellar lately but it's hard when most of the beer seems to be big beers.
