That cow is a selfish lover.
Not far from Salton Sea... and the International Banana Museum. Coachella Valley Brewing and Desert Beer Co. look decent.

I was looking at both of those. Also Las Palmas and Joshua Tree Brewing. Curious if anyone in here has been or heard anything. I don't have time to stop at each but should be able to stop at a couple for beer to go.

Haven’t been or heard of any of them before, but running through their beer lists and untappd ratings gives some idea. My eyes tend to gloss over when I see “red ale, wheat, brown ale, IPA, other”.Salton Sea is pretty odd if you have the time for a side trip.

Thanks for the advice.I usually just sort the ratings to get a quick idea of what’s good and the styles they do.Las Palmas looks sort of interesting, somewhere I read they were doing a solera method farmhouse ale.
I'm shy and want you jizz
Solera is where you have a barrel full of beer, and every cycle you take a portion of the old stuff out, and pour fresh stuff in. Over time you get a mixed DNA that ranges from several years old to fresh.

I did read about this for wine. Interesting. I most certainly want to stop there.
