Pilsner Urquell sometimes "gets a bad rap" from less-than-fresh bottles and cans on store shelves.

But fresh, on-tap, it's one of the more delicious beers I ever tasted.

Funny, at The Landmark we used to call it "PU". As in "yes, I'd like another PU please". 

Save some for ice fishing please.

Kegging is much easier, 20 minutes from start to clean up.....done.

Bottling is a pain in the ass.....1 hour at least not including cleaning bottles.  2 hours roughly.

I'll consider bottling half and keg the other 2.5 gallons.

Smoked Rye Baltic Porter for sure, already have 2 tucked away with 2016 Bell's 3rd Coast (2) and Courage Imperial 2013 (2).
