For the fun of it, I just put together a box of 12.  Damn, it'd be like $200 after shipping.  Very tempted though.

Bad news from Belgium (via 3F), webshops now have to add local VAT (21% tax) regardless of destination country. :$: :bs:

BH isn't adding VAT yet, but i'm sure it will happen soon. (July 1st)

Etre is freaking expensive. Threw a box together and it was going to be $500 for a dozen 750's and a pair of glasses. :o  Granted, one of the bottles was 43 euro and I put 2 in the cart, so that's $100 right there. :bag: You can get 14 750s on BH for $300 or sometimes slightly less.

Appalachian Vintner, Asheville, NC

Looks like a quality beer & wine selection, their shipping policy seems to be the opposite of...everywhere else. I used to order through Bruisin' Ales (RIP) for Birds Fly South, etc.

right now you have the aged/vintage mixed in with the rest of the inventory.  Perhaps peel it out into its own group?  Most beer sites dont do that (but cigars sites do) and gives justification for a higher price tag.  And the novices know its intentional.

Geoi>> I like the filters for style and country, maybe a brewery filter too?

I know you can just plug in a brewery, but it would be helpful to see a list, there's just soooo many breweries these days. :bag::bakes: Site looks best on desktop, mobile works fine too though.

Does Moonlight distribute to SD??

Certainly something to consider, although we don't have as much aged beer as we used to since there isn't as big of a market for it nowadays.

We're going to be doing something with tags for breweries and wineries, is saves the thumbs from scrolling so much since, as you said, there are so many of them.

Moonlight does do small distribution but I don't have access to them since I don't support Lagunitas, who is their parent company.

Primitive Beer - Longmont, CO

Waiting for Primitive to drop all their 3 year spon blends, they said within a week or two. A few are up already, but not a straight 1-2-3 year blend yet, which is up next. Lots of peach beers if anyone is inclined, they all sound good. :ale:

Welp, guess I waited too long. They don't ship anymore.

One of my go to breweries. Not super close but right off the 101 when driving north.  They don’t often make marketing beers and everything is usually very balanced.  Golden stout and chili beers are always excellent.

And great pizza!

Nice! I've always enjoyed everything I've had from them. They seem to keep their IPAs old school too, which I appreciate.

Most consistently good beer in town.  If you like hazy IPAs their triangles line is as good as it gets.  But they also make great everything else.

File this one under kinda-sorta-not really.

Online shop of Lambicus bar & shop in Barcelona (Ales Agullons page)

They don't ship to the US, but will ship within the EU. Etre will proxy bottles to the US from BE, but it's an extra 100-ish euro to ship to them (50 shipping, 50 proxy fees at 4.50/750ml), then 100 euro to ship to the US. So way too expensive but technically possible.

They have some De Struise stuff I was looking for, also Ales Agullons and some nice lambic. :$::shrug:
I'll spend that money locally and get way more mileage out of it. Also unsure why De Struise's webshop doesn't have Aardmonnik and Aardnon, but places like this do. I guess it's all sold out.

New Kestemont lambic on BH:
https://www.belgianhappiness.com/en/beers?brand=bj88x&collection%5B0%5D=8qqq8
maybe now I have enough new beers to make a worthwhile purchase

Also, what's the deal with this:
https://www.bieresgourmet.be/en/oude-gueuze/3663-3-fonteinen-oude-geuze-vintage-18-19-assemblage-n-116.html

Just like the vintage releases they used to do but with a fancier label?
