Surly seems to be doing just fine, I doubt that they'd need any "trade secrets" from Summit of all companies.

Seems like a nuisance lawsuit really.  If they had seriously damaged their company, $50K wouldn't cover it.

Couldn't find a dedicated Summit thread. They pulled out of IL and 5 other states last year without warning.
Now they're re-launching Keller Pils, and it'd be nice to see around town, but i'm SOL I guess. :shrug:

I was really enjoying the Unchained cans. Each version seemed to be pretty decent and I had a local shop that ordered a few cases. Then one day a few months ago, poof.

Bummer really. I lived in the TC for a year after college and Summit was a reliable constant in almost every bar.
