Quote from: emerge on November 13, 2018, 09:40:56 AMFeels like I missed the wet-hop boat again this year. There were a few commercial ones around but I only had a couple. My favorite thing was throwing a handful of cascades in a Hamms, and muddling them. Tasted like a hazy hop bomb, lol. Haven't encountered any Born Yesterday yet... This is everywhere out here. Still stacks of it at the binny's around me.

This crap store charges you to use a credit/debit card but does not say so anywhere. Had to lay a burn on this yelp douche To this misguided person: "If being charged a fee to use your credit card offends you, learn to be a real man and carry some cash on you." Defending deceptive business practices only makes you look like a fool, and the last part removes all doubt. Let me get this straight... Some guy reviewing pedicures on yelp is offering unsolicited advice on "how to be a real man"? That's enough internet for me today I guess.
That cow is a selfish lover.
I ended up drinking 9 times my body weight in beer, broke three glasses over my head, 7 over others, ordered up 17 hookers for a little afterparty, held a cabbie hostage while running his cab through the Madison capitol doors, and I grabbed gator's ass.
Picked up a sixer of Celebration last weekend and didn't like it.
my head was buried in shuke's tits.
TITS help you hit home runs.

Quote from: Fred on November 13, 2018, 02:22:29 PMPicked up a sixer of Celebration last weekend and didn't like it.I have been sick for two weeks but drank some Celebration. A breath of old school fresh air. It has a full body and a finish. In fact, when I popped one my brain took me back to 2005. Like I was drinking Celebration for the first time. A good beer that is a complete beer. So different from hazies.
Half Acre Gummy Chunk Great stuff, much more intense than your average wet-hopped IPA. Nice start to the season.

Nice start to the season.WOOT!Also, in case anyone wondered about my absence her last year during the wet season, I started it by OD'ing at the Hood River event devoted to wet hop beers... After that, it was all downhill...So I suppose I better start looking this year!
Hopewell's got one that sounds worth a try:Harvest PilsFRESH HOP PILS 5.6% ABVA fresh hop Pils brewed with Michigan-grown Crystal hops that were picked that day. Subtly floral and earthy with a crisp, clean finish.

Local scene seems pretty nonexistent, the Half Acre only lasted a week or so.
Might have to lift my passive Lagunitas boycott for this one.
