I’m pretty spoiled on wet hop beers after making my own. Sad it only lasts a couple weeks. Guess i’ll dry a few but I never use them.

Can only imagine how good it is in the PNW!
I guess we’ll find out in 2025!!  :excited:

Have something to share?

2 wet hopped beers on this trip so far, of course the big one being Surly WET, but I also found a nice one at Venn brewing in Minneapolis.  Have missed getting to have such things at the source.

We're spending the night north of Chicago on our way home, won't have much time for stops tomorrow, but Emerge, if you can point me in the direction of anything wet I can make an effort.

I haven't seen that good one from Pipeworks this year, it may have been a one-off. Marz usually does good wet-hopped stuff, haven't seen anything of theirs either this year.

Check out Tenuta's in Kenosha, Aman's Liquor in Wind Lake (the bar upstairs has insane bourbon and Pips mead), Beermiscuous in Highwood will have all singles if you're looking to try new/seasonal local stuff.

UPDATE??

It's on 100% out here now.  Had Breakside's fresh hop pils and a 4 pack of their fresh hop Wanderlust...it's all just so fucking good.

I think Breakside is going to have 15 different fresh hop beers on tap or canned this season.  Crazy.

Need to get a cornhole out here next year during this time.
