Since this didn't go anywhere in four years I'll sadly add to this. :(
Before I inventory what I have, would there be any interest in buying my supplies? It's been almost ten years since picking it up and brewing anything. It would be nice to have the space.
Short & Sweet list:
Glass Carboy
Fermenting bucket
Bottling bucket
Dual Cooler setup with sparge CPVC
40 quart enamel pot
Strainer
Bottle capper
Caps
Bottling wand
Hydrometer
Propane burner rough shape (needs new hose) but it works
I think 48 empty 12 ounce bottles
Copper coil chiller
Papazian Joy of Homebrewing
A book of Clone Brews

All I can think of off the top of my head. Would love to sell all together and not split. Not sure how much. As far as cost, I'm really not sure. If anyone has an honest, serious recommendation for when I post this at the local homebrew place please let me know your thoughts.

This stuff sells fast on Craigslist if nobody here is interested.

What do you think would be a fair asking price?

  I'd look at what comparable starter kits cost and knock 20% or so off the price.  Either way, prepare for some outrageous lowball offers.  I listed some dumbbells recently when they were sold out everywhere, the first email I got was someone asking if I'd take half.

Since I have moved a lot in the past decade and don't move my HB stuff I often check CL. Prices on CL will differ based on availability. For example, when I lived in Seattle I could really low ball an offer b.c everyone and their grandma has tried homebrewing and then decided to sell equipment. Not so much the case in rural Maryland.

I would check to see what is available on CL and how long its been listed. Charge a bit lower than that. The big caveat is that its COVID and less people, seemingly, are looking to buy.

Several people I know who deal in second hand shit for a living (pawn shops, ebay flippers) have said the opposite is true.  People are bored and business has never been better was the consensus.

I could def be wrong. Though, I wonder if this is applicable to HB equipment on CL.

I checked CL and there wasn't much. I expanded the search to 2500 miles and there were maybe 15 listings.
To be fair, I've never used CL before and may be missing something.

Well, there's this and I'm selling more so I guess this is the price I'm shooting for. Maybe a little more.
