Nope. Simple flavors don't turn magically delicious after sitting for a year or two.

"Sour beers are brewed with natural preservatives like aged hops" :facepalm:
Sure traditional lambics are, but "sour beers" aren't.

I feel like articles like this spread misinformation, even though they are mostly correct.
It gives the impression that cellaring magically makes beers better, but it doesn't. :shrug:
