Haha, yep from Homebrewfinds which I found out about from you. Ya, I took a chem class or two in college but havent used it since. Going to see how much comes back to me.

This is one place where I feel I have been able to make some strong advancements in my brewing in a very short amount of time.  I am lucky enough to have a minor in chemistry, so organic chemistry and biochemistry are things I spent a lot of time studying (and retained).
