Grapes
Jaysus:
Anyone ever use them before?
I just added several pounds to a 2.5gallon secondary, and have not had nearly as much activity as I was expecting. I used a kolsch yeast, so I am using the swamp cooler to lower the temp some, I wonder if that is inhibiting secondary fermentation?
Tip Top:
I haven't used grapes, but I did a Saison with Sauvingon Blanc concentrate and it fermented like gangbusters.

I did an old ale with merlot grape must and it fermented like mad.
