I haven't used grapes, but I did a Saison with Sauvingon Blanc concentrate and it fermented like gangbusters.

Digging up an old thread.I have a metric shit ton of Concord grapes from the vines in my yard. Three grocery bags thus far and more on the vines. So, thinking of doing some semi-spontaneous beer/wine hybrid, maybe with brett as well. Thoughts?
