Not bad for Bender and Furiuos, but I've seen Hell and Cynic at lower prices, and not being on sale, in many other locations in the TC area.

I've got a buddy up in Minny for the Holiday and he's driving.  What is on the shelf right now from Surly that he should grab for me?   Same for Steel Toe.

Thanks!
i'm not good at putting this stuff in words but i can't see myself with anyone else except maybe urbanhack.

For Surly, you're just going to find the regulars.  Furious, Bender, Coffee Bender, Hell, Cynic.  Smoke is still a bit off.  Steel Toe has Size 7, Rainmaker, Provider, Dissent, and 100 bottles of Wee Heavy going to liquor stores (will sell out fast).  I also recommend Indeed Midnight Ryder and Day Tripper, or really any Indeed stuff.  Town Hall has a Citra Pale Ale on right now.  Hope this helps a bit, I don't hit the liquor stores much anymore.

Who wants to go out Friday with Swabs?  Sounds like we're going to start off with Happy Hour at Blue Door (and for a burger).  Then maybe Muddy Pig or something and back to my place.  Anyone around?

I think you are going to be stuck to just brewpubs.  Not that Town Hall would be a just.  You could hit Blue Door 2-5 for their $2 happy hour.

You won't be able to get growlers on a Sunday in MN.  We are finally looking to chnage that this year!

Anyone free this weekend and want to drink some of my beer?  Eileen is out of town with the kids, so I figured I should work on making the cellar a little lighter, but can't really do it myself.

We invited about 50 people a week and change ago on a Saturday. Ended up with about 15-18 total show up, and we knocked out 55 bottles from the cellar. Barely made a dent.  :bag:

If we were closer, Jeff, I'd take you up on the offer for certain.

Buddy is in town for one night, anything can't miss at the moment?

Was going to suggest Fair State and Blue Door. :coffee:
Also, are there any good breweries that do crowlers?
We'll be camping in northern WI so no glass allowed. TIA

Dangerous Man does crowlers.  Not sure about anything going on tonight.  Too bad he isn't here Saturday.  Steel Toe's 5th Anniversary Event.

I prefer The Nook to Blue Door.

It looks like Wisc. has written it into workers' right to know law that Lutefisk is not a toxic substance.  (sec. 2-f)

I hope that changes before November. I have to cook that shit for 300 people. :-X

Church dinner?

The Force is what gives a brewer his power. It's an energy field created by yeast. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It converts polysaccharides to ethyl alcohol.

Dammit, now I want to road trip...

I've got a place for you to stay...

When's that winter beer festival again?
My friends say I'm like doing the laundry and forgetting the bleach: I'm not as bright as I could be.

Gator to Pols: I bet you wish the last wedding you went to was the one right before yours....

Not announced yet, but typically end of January/beginning of February.
