Donna and I are doing the Harvest Festival Friday night but the kid has her Division Swim meet Saturday (since she's a senior this year Dad is gonna be sure to get to all her meets, save the big Conference meet the first weekend in November, when I have my mandatory Chicago tourney). So I get to spend my lone weekend out of the rink drinking on Friday and at the muggy pool all day Saturday.

love cask fests...

But you do not come to Atlanta for the Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting?   <_<

You have to look past the 90s style web page for the event though...

Dave I'm just getting too damn old to run around like that and then get up for work first thing the next morning. Can't do it anymore....it's getting tougher on me hitting the rinks on weekends, especially during the past month or so when I've had to be up two hours earlier than usual three mornings a week doing PT on my back (and now they want me doing two more weeks of that before releasing me...yay, more time getting only a couple hours' sleep nightly).
