3 days till I head to Brazil (Porto Alegre)

OK I have done some google detective work but wonder if anyone has any personal experience.  I see that most bars open at 7:00pm-ish.  That means I'm going to be all hopped up on tiny coffees, all day.

It looks like Brazil has a pretty cool but hidden craft beer scene.  It was the home of Inbev afterall.
Things I'm looking for:
Falke Vivre pour Vivre (a wild ale)
No de Pinho (wild stout)
Colorado Indica IPA
Bacuri Forest
Green Cow
Amburana Lager
Ilex (made with Mate)
Bamberg Tchece (best hoppy Pilsner ??)
Baden Baden (tip from Emerge)
and a much bigger list (but hey if you can't drink the water what are you gonna' do?

I had a canned stout from BR too that was okay, Caracu.

MY wife will be working and I will be vacationing I mean chasing two kids around trying to avoid parasites and running into traffic.  With some good beer and food along the way.
