#### yes!!!!

"On tap at the Emporium will be 18-24 varieties of craft brews, both Midwestern and American. Though no food is planned, as the space has just a tavern license..."
i'm not good at putting this stuff in words but i can't see myself with anyone else except maybe urbanhack.

Sounds like a lot of fun.  I think they are missing out by not having DDR though.  Set it to be free BUT require a 4 drink minimum to play it.  Sit back and laugh your ass off at the drunk people trying to stay on their feet.

I don't know if the Milwaukee crowd is exactly their target customers, but I like the concept. I'd suggest putting it in more of a hipster neighborhood though. Wicker Park is just Lincoln Park west now.

Well Milwaukee Ave. is the hipster highway with all the bike traffic.  Plenty of hipsters are in that area.  I think it will do well.

Good call.  I tend to forget the large multiplayer games since I was usually flying solo.  The original Tecmo Bowl would also fall in that category.

Agreed.  Throw in some arcade Blitz action as well.

Cannot believe they have N.A.R.C.  Seeing that game on that list has brought back some memories of countless hours at the PX arcade on base.  Good times.

Anyone ever gone to this place? http://www.gallopingghostarcade.com/

It's in Brookfield.  $15 charge at the door and all games are free play.  Sounds interesting, but I wonder how that works.  Seems like it would be a crowded mess a lot of the time.

Sounds like a trainwreck.  People need incentive to move on and not hog a machine all night.

I have been to an arcade (actually it was the local ESPN Club when it existed) where it was all you could play for $1 for a few hours on certain days.  Rule was if anyone was waiting you had to give up the machine to them when your game was over.

They had the Dave and Busters type swype card for playing.  I think that the system would tell them if the same person was playing a game over and over.  The employees seemed to always come by if you played a game a few times in a row since nobody was waiting.

That setup may be the only reason why it worked out there.

That's what I was thinking.  I checked the yelp reviews and I was surprised to see that there wasn't really one person that bitched about it being a problem.  Apparently you can come and go as you please.  It's literally $15 for the entire day.  There is a nice bar just down the street.  I need to find some time to check this out.  I've wasted $15 on worse if it does end up sucking.

I've gone to a similar place near north brook that was 5 bucks to get in and all the games were by nickels instead of quarters, with lots of classic games playing free.  So much fun
