A - Pours a light brown body that reminds me of the color of real apple cider. Good haze to it. Starts with a thin white head, but now is only a ring around the glass and some whisps floating on the surface. Understandable for the abv.

S - Sweet and fruity with apple, pear and apricot all intermingling. Touches of yeastiness and a light spiciness. Alcohol fairly up front.

T - Big, bold and fruity. Starts with tons of sweet and malty flavors with toffee and caramel being most up front. Some belgian candi sugar and a touch of anise comes in. Big fruitiness comes on strong. Apple cider, pear, apricot, and light green grape. Alcohol comes in at the finish and assertively tells you that this is a sipping beer.

M - Medium full bodied with a stickiness to it. Low carbonation.

D - This is a nice brew, but could use some more time in the cellar. This particular bottle is only a few months old, but I wanted to have one early to be able to compare with later to the other bottles in the cellar.
