Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a Harpoon 100 Barrel Series tulip glass.

The color is a clear amber with three fingers of foamy white head and some thick lacing.

The smell is a touch of fruit flavors with a clove aroma sitting amongst the Belgian flavors. There is also a aged cheese flavor as well.

The taste has a fantastic zing that has a bundle of bubbles and a nice sweet malty flavor. Some small bitterness there pulling things back level. There seems to be a melon-like flavor that is keep a tart but juiciness that is very appealing.

The feel of this beer is quite smooth and sting retains a bit of a sweet sting as well. The carbonation is welcomed for the type of beer this is and goes well to spread the flavor around. This goes down quite well and is quite enjoyable.
