Thanks much from StormKing47 & Stakem for generously sending a bottle of this my way. Drank from my Surly AHA Tally pint glass while grilling and listening to Kings of Leon.

Appearance- Pours a surprisingly light yellowish orange with a small half finger white head. A pretty decent bright white small cap remains most of the beer along with a touch of lacing.
Smell- Not surprisingly malty BUT very surprisingly fresh and perfumey smelling. A touch of lilac or lavender shines through and is really a pleasant surprise. Lightly cracker like as well with a light whiff of nuts.
Taste- Very floral in my mouth with a light fruitiness and nice cleanness. Very unique tasting as the malt is definitely there, it just sort of takes a backseat to the flowery sort of hop. It’s all just really acclimated well. A bit of bubblegum on the finish with a light nutty linger.
Mouthfeel- Very aggressive carbonation with a medium body and spot on feel.
Drinkability- Not really all that bock like but it's damn good! Not a huge lager fan what-so-ever but this is really surprisingly good. It’s definitely hoppy for a Bock but it all works so well. Finally an above average beer in the Scratch series. It’s been too long since I’ve ran into one! Thanks much Josh and Adam!
