A: Auburn brown with a lot of haze. Head was a fizzy khaki that came and went quickly, leaving a rust colored sediment in its wake.

S: Traditional lambic smells with hints of strawberry, cherry, oak, iron and cranberry

T: Flavor starts out bold with tons of vitamin b, brett, rounded cherries and oak. Little bit of sulfer at the tip of the and floral honey around the sides. Immediately after the swallow fruity juice like qualities of peach, lemon, apricot and passion fruit hit then plunge off the radar quickly. After taste doesn’t last long, just a touch of minorly cloying bitter oak, dried raspberries and vanilla at the tip of the tongue.

M: Medium body, soft with a low carbonation.

D: Really nice flavor right off the bat but the flavors fall flat after that. There’s a cloying after taste where spritzy sourness should be. Who knew the flavor wouldn’t last in this one? Damned if you do…damned if you don’t.
