A: Hazy golden pear color with an excellent, creamy, whipped butter colored head. Very nice.
S: Lavender, angel food, the countryside after a good rain.
T: Begins smooth and serene, perhaps like a gentle vanilla/lemon custard. Very bready with lurking caramel notes, clover honey and minor butterscotch around the front of the tongue. Yeastiness is evident with aspects of grassy hops, dandelion and white grapes. Surprising amount of bitterness after the swallow along the back sides of the tongue. This beer starts off sweet and finishes dry with sun dried hay, white pepper, nips of lemon juice and peach pit.
M: Medium body with a full and soft mouthfeel.
D: Highly sessionable beer. Very nice with good balance. Would go well with Chinese food, I think.
