22 oz bottle somehow found in Columbus, GA. The bottles were being hoarded in the back but they gave us a few bottles. Served up in a tulip.

A: Bright yellow in color. Held to the light, it brightens a bit, but remains close to the same shade. The body is hazy and has quite a bit of floating debris in there. The pour only got me about a finger of bright white head. Sadly, it fell quickly and disappeared altogether. No lace, no top cap, no nothing.

S: Starts off with some candied sugar and orange peel. Chamomile is definitely making an appearance. Very bready, earthy and floral. Picking up on some apple notes in the background. Touch of bubblegum and some citrusy hop notes.

T: Very nice. Spicy, plenty of coriander and clove making it happen. Chamomile bring some floral like sweetness. Candied sugar is definitely there. The yeast combines with the mentioned spices along with a touch of apple flavor that creates a very light apple pie kind of flavor. Orange peel is light but there. Things finish off with a citrus hop quality. Fruity, light white wine quality on the back end. Very nice.

M: Medium mouthfeel with a very light carbonation to it. Sweet on the palate, lightly bitter, but dries out nicely. The debris in the beer does add a touch of chunky character to the beer but there really isn't enough of that going around. ABV is very light for almost 10%. Aftertaste is all citrus and some chardonnay quality.

OA: Well, Donnie told me this wasn't very good. He's a Terrapin hater, this has been proven. This beer was delightful. Flavors were big but not overwhelming. Aroma was fantastic. The look needed some work but the floating chunks were adorable. I should have bought more bottles. I blame Donnie.
