Review from 02/01/07A - Pours a nice apricot colored body with a very slight haze to it, possibly from the chill. One finger head one the pour has now been reduced to a ring around the glass.
S - Citrusy hops. Light sweet malts. Little bit of grapefruit.
T - Sweet and hoppy. Light strawberry taste. Grapefruity citrusy sweet hops bursting all over. Big hoppy flavor without a big hop bitterness. Not a big malt presence, this beer highlights the sweet and hoppy.
M - Medium bodied with light, fine carbonation.
D - This is what I really like in a good IPA. Nice and refreshing with some good sweet and floral hop flavor. Better than I expected. Would be a superb hot weather beer and I am more than ok with having it while it is cold outside.
