A - Pours a clear, clean golden body with some tight bubbles rising to the surface. One inch off white head is made of varying sized bubbles and has nice retention.

S - Belgian spices and yeast. Coriander and nutmeg. Big bready maltiness. Slight citrusy odor along with apricot sweetness. Black pepper.

T - Much the same as the smell. Big bready maltiness. Spicy with black pepper, nutmeg and coriander. Belgian yeast. Apricots.

M - Medium bodied with smooth carbonation.

D - As with anything surly, you can't really pin them into a particular style. This is a saison meets belgian golden ale with their twist. Super easy to drink and would be even easier if it were hot and sunny out.
