Pours brilliant orange-gold with a white head that fades to a lace after a little while. Belgian yeast esters and bread dough maltiness, hints of banana, pepper, apricot... like the aroma.

Like the flavor better. Starts with a citric bitterness over which flavors of black pepper, apricot, coriander (slight), spices that I can't quite identify (nutmeg comes through especially in the finish, but more complex than that) and a fluffy, breadlike maltiness appear. pepper pops in more in the finish. Perfect mouthfeel and carbonation for what it is. Could enjoy a lot of these in the summer, and since it was 60 degrees outside today, no time like the present! Some sort of Belgian hybrid that really works.

Thanks to Tip Top for the can!
