Thanks to Tip Top for the cans!

Brilliant orange gold with a white head that says "HOPS!" in its staying ability. Aroma is almost tactile in its tropical juiciness - pineapple and grapefruit up front, faint dank pine and caramelly malt in the background.

The hops kick the door down with a citrus rind and tropical fruit hit that's most impressive - almost mouthwatering in its juiciness - then the vast, caramelly yet not at all cloying malt comes through to pair with the hop notes and blend almost perfectly all over the mouth. Faint pleasantly chewy graininess appears mid sip, but the sweet malt and tropical fruit dominate, riding atop that bracing bitterness and balancing it - less aggressively hoppy than 16 Grit was, but a more luscious brew overall. A slightly darker, danker hop bite kicks in towards the end and balances things perfectly. The alcohol is amazingly well hidden. And it all goes down in a full, silky smoothness.

Just a phenomenal DIPA that has drinkability off the charts. Drinking this will put a smile on your face, turn a cloudy day sunny, and win the war for the Allies.
