A - Pour produces a tan head that stands in at about one inch tall. Super dense, this foam is here to stay for a while. Body is a clean copper color with the occasionall bubble rapidly rising to the surface.

S - Rich and malty with caramel and butterscotch notes. Hops are big and bold, showcasing some bit sappy pine bitterness.

T - Flavor is much the same as the smell. Starts off with lots of sweet malt that makes up the backbone of this brew. Caramel and light toffee. Hops come in, and they are a little more varied than the smell hinted at. Some citrusy rind like hoppiness starts it off. Then it moves into the pine sap bitterness that was shown in the aroma.

M - Medium bodied. Might be a bit thin for the style. Carbonation is smooth.

Overall - As I said this could be a little thin for the style, it did do one thing for this beer. It makes it very drinkable. Between the lighter mouthfeel and the smooth, easy going carbonation, this one goes down very easily. Not in the top tier of DIPAs as this has no one thing that makes it stand out, but definitely worth checking out.
