A - I was a little worried about carbonation when I popped the cork and there wasn't much of a pop, but that was no indication. Pours a monster beige head (more than half the tulip) that is soapy looking from the side and fluffy looking from the top. Clean golden body with loads of tight bubbles rising to the top. No carbonation issues here.

S - Yeasty and bready. Tons of spices. Coriander. Some barnyard funk in here. Citrusy, maybe orange?

T - Lots of spices up front and through the taste. Coriander, nutmeg, and light pepper being most noticable. Belgian yeast is obvious. Nice citrusy background, centered with orange peel. Nice array of flavors that I am finding hard to pin down.

M - Medium body with a slightly thick finish. Smooth, smooth, smooth.

D - Great beer that has a vast array of flavors. Very unique.
