A: Pours a nice clear copper color with a lot of thick tight white foam. The head fades quickly leaving some very nice lacing around the glass.S: Some nice citrus notes, but mostly good piney hops in the nose of this one. Maybe a smidge of alcohol in there.
T: Taste is a lot more mellow than I would have figure from the nose. Picking up mostly piney hops with not much else.
M: Mouthfeel is good/great, almost a little heavy, but this is a DIPA.... Carbonation level leaves a bit of a tingle on the end of your tongue.
O: I really like this beer, but I don't think it compares to the Harvest or Estate. That's some tough competition though. I also don't think I could finish more than one bomber.
