12 oz bottle acquired by the generousity of BAs BamaBeerBuff and AmishT. Poured into a DFH shaped pint.

A: Poured a beautiful golden copper A nice, fluffy, pristine, white head formed. Had decent retention as it receded to a white top cap. Produced some nice sticky, soapy lacing. A nice, lazy carbonation activity keeps this guy slowly moving.

S: The Cascade hops are the major presence in the nose. A nice bready malt is there, but smells of citrus (grapefruit, orange rind), floral and earthiness here. Very nice and well represents the IPA style.

T: Taste is off some serious grapefruit, but a bready and caramel malt really balances this sucker out. Floral and earthy presence is there yet again, along with just a touch herbal.

M: This is a medium bodied brew with a nice creamy coating to it. This beer leaves no major bitterness like American IPAs seem to be striving for. Just a lick of hops and malt lingers in the mouth so you know whats there.

D: A low ABV IPA with a great balance of hops and malt makes this brew damn fine. A sixer of this could disappear almost as fast as your girlfriend. Think about it.
