Batch 002.

A - Light brown body with a slight orange tint and a bit of a haze to it. One finger white head on the pour recedes to a film on the surface after about a minute.

S - Oh, sweet brett. It's been too long since a sour Russian River brew. Sour cherries mixed with white wine. Very very tart.

T - Wow. Big tart taste up front and through most of the taste while other things are going on. Midway through the distinct flavor of the white wine barrels becomes aparent. Then the cherries break through. Not a huge vivid flavor like New Glarus cherries, but definitely there. Dry in flavor and finish. Absolutely no aftertaste.

M - Medium bodied with fine carbonation.

D - Well, what can I say. Russian River seems to do no wrong. This brew is excellent, and only Beatification is probably better imo. One sip keeps leading to another. This bottle is just too small.
