Batch 002. Poured into tulip.

A - Cork popped with a nice little wisp of smoke. Light straw in color, slightly hazy. Huge, bright white head that is a little soapy looking and has good staying power.

S - Oh brett, how I have missed you. Typically wonderful Russian River Brett smell. Sharply tart. Sour lemon, almost like lemonheads, but not so sweet. Can't wait to take a sip, but I keep going back to smell it again.

T - Crisp and a little yeasty up front, moves right into the tart sour taste. Lemon sour envelopes my tongue for a second and then lets go and leaves very little aftertaste. Brett is obviously present.

M - Super clean and crisp. Light. Leaves little to no aftertaste, making me want another sip. Carbonation is still high, but doesn't get in the way of enjoying this.

D - Thank god this RR brew is in 750ml bottles. It would feel like a tease a la Beatification if it were in the smaller bottles. Super drinkable. Leaves me wanting more and more.
