11.5 oz bottle from Four Winds in Pensecola, FL. Bottle #2007. Poured into a snifter. Lets do the damn thing.

A: Pours a really dark ruby red/ brown color. Mahogany even. Supper hazy. You can see the cloudiness even though this brew is pretty damned dark. Got a good finger of off white head that had decent retention. Tilting the glass creates a perfect, unmoving sheet on the sides. Very nice.

S: So much glorious wheat. This thing just emits an amazing amount of wheat in the nose. Nice bready malt comes in on the backside. Also there are some highlights of clove and banana and CHERRIES. Not a whole lot more going on here. The wheat presence is most impressive though.

T: OH SO GOOD! Lots of wheat and malty goodness. This just tastes like a crazy, super heavy Hefe. This brew has beautiful presence of banana, clove and bubble gum. Citrus fruits add a touch of sweetness. There is also some prune in there adding some richness. Alcohol booziness is there but it doesn't kill the flavor profile.

M: This a big, full bodied brew that is creamy as hell. Really coats the mouth. Aftertaste is subtle with lingering flavors of bubblegum and dark fruit. Booze sets in here on the tongue, throat and stomach but is nice and soothing. Very nice.

D: This is a big beer and all you need is one. It is absolutely a sipper meant to savored and enjoyed. Don't rush this one for sure. Very solid in taste and flavors. I will definitely keep some in the cellar.
