750ml corked and caged bottle.

Ha! I took off the cage and went to put it on the table and the cork exploded out of the bottle. It then looked like it was going to gush but it didn't.

A hazy light gold with a large head of foam that shrank quickly leaving some nice lacing behind.

The smell is of very spicy hops with a lean towards topical fruit. Some sweet malt to balance things, slightly, and some alcohol.

First sip in and, as per the label, big notes of mango hit my tastebuds. Backed by a strong malty sweetness and lots of warming alcohol. This is not very bitter at all, far from it actually and I'd have to say it's a rep of the DIPAs that start off that way like, 120 Minute.

I'd call it full bodied and, despite the cork flying out of the bottle, I'd say it has moderate carbonation.

I don't know, but I'd guess this could sit in the cellar for a year so I'll give that a try. As is, I like it.
